Fleet & Commercial

Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?

Yes. Volume pricing starts at 3 vehicles and scales from there. The larger the rollout, the lower the per-vehicle cost. Tell us your fleet size when you request a quote and we'll price the whole package.

How do fleet jobs work?

We see each vehicle in person for photos and measurements before we design. Plan on a quick inspection of about 5 to 10 minutes per vehicle at our shop.

If your vehicles are truly identical, we design once and repeat the layout across the fleet. Service bodies, box trucks, and anything with an unusual body are always measured in person, because sizing varies too much to quote blind.

We're tax exempt (school, government, nonprofit). How does that work?

Labor is not taxed in Oklahoma to begin with. For the taxable material portion, send your exemption certificate and we'll adjust the invoice before you pay.

Can you install at our facility?

Most installs happen in our bay in Edmond, where we control temperature, dust, and lighting. On-site installs are possible when you have an indoor space for us to work in. We add a mileage charge to the estimate, and on-site work needs to be planned ahead.

Do you do install-only work if we already have printed graphics?

Yes. We take install-only jobs for businesses and for other shops and brands. Bring or ship us the printed graphics and we'll schedule the install. For business-to-business install work we exchange a W-9 and, if needed, a certificate of insurance.

Do you do door lettering and decals?

Yes. Send us what you need plus photos of the vehicle. Simple lettering and numbers like company names, phone numbers, and unit numbers are usually die-cut: solid-color vinyl cut to the shape of the letters with no background, which is affordable and very durable.

Detailed or multi-color logos are printed in full color, laminated, and cut to shape. We can print on clear vinyl so the logo floats on your paint with no white box.

If you're rebranding our trucks, do you remove the old graphics?

When it's on the quote, yes. Removal is priced separately once we see the existing graphics, since cost depends on the material and its age. Before we pull anything, we check whether it's required by law, like safety markings, and leave or replace those so your vehicles stay compliant.

Getting a Quote

What do you need from me for a quote?

Year, make, and model of each vehicle, what you want done (decals, partial wrap, or full wrap), and photos of every side. Trailers, food trucks, and boats also need measurements. If you have logo or design files, send those too.

Text photos to (405) 586-5450, email info@wrapitupok.com, or use the quote form.

What kind of photos work best?

Straight-on shots of each side (driver, passenger, front, and rear), taken square to the vehicle and in good resolution. Small or blurry photos can't be used for design. If that's all you have, book an appointment and we'll photograph and measure the vehicle ourselves.

How fast will I get my quote?

We send quotes in under 48 hours, and often the same day once we have your photos.

How long is my quote good for?

About 30 days. After that, material prices may have changed and we'll re-issue it.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

For common vehicles we can give a ballpark on the phone, subject to seeing the vehicle and finalizing the design. Every job is priced by coverage, so for an exact number we'll send a written estimate.

Timing & Payment

How long does the work take?

Here's the time spent on the actual work:

  • Quote: we reply within 48 hours.
  • Custom mockup: 1 to 7 days, depending on the design.
  • Production: 1 to 5 days of printing and prep in-house.
  • Install: 1 to 7 days, depending on coverage.

Your install date depends on our schedule at the time. We set it with you once your deposit is in. These are estimates, and the size and complexity of your project will affect them.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is due once you approve the final mockup. That locks in production and your install slot. The remaining 50% is due when installation is complete.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

No. We take a 50% deposit to start and the balance at completion.

Should I wash my vehicle before I bring it in?

Yes. Wash it the morning of drop-off with plain soap and water. Skip wax, sealant, and ceramic coating, since they keep the adhesive from bonding. No need for detailing.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed weekends. We're at 241 Garage Dr, Suite 112, Edmond, OK 73003. Book an appointment to bring a vehicle by.

What We Wrap

Do you wrap trailers, box trucks, and food trucks?

Yes. We need straight-on photos of every side plus measurements, since configurations vary. Send logo or design files if you have them.

Do you wrap semis and semi trailers?

Yes. Semis have curved and riveted panels that make some graphics tricky, so we walk through what's realistic before quoting. A full semi-trailer quote includes removing any existing graphics and setting the design up for print.

Do you wrap boats, motorcycles, or RVs?

Boats: yes, wraps and decals. Send good photos or bring it by so we can measure.

Motorcycles: no. We recommend hydro dipping instead.

Motorhomes and large RVs: we need to see them in person first. Their size and curves often make them less cost-effective to wrap, and we'll tell you that up front.

Can you wrap windows?

Rear and side windows, yes. We use perforated vinyl that lets you see out while keeping the wrapped look from outside. Front windshields are not wrapped, for visibility and legal reasons.

Are there surfaces you can't wrap?

Vinyl needs a smooth, clear-coated surface. We can't wrap:

  • Spray-in bedliner or textured coatings
  • Matte or textured plastic, like unpainted trim, fender flares, and cladding
  • Primer-only parts (get them painted and cleared first)
My paint is peeling or there's rust. Can you still wrap it?

Send photos of every side first. Vinyl bonds to the clear coat, so peeling paint or rust will make the wrap fail and we can't warranty it. We may be able to wrap only the solid areas, or we'll recommend getting it wrap-ready at a body shop first. We don't do body work ourselves.

Can you install vinyl I bought myself?

No. We only install material we supply. Too much online vinyl fades fast, fails at the adhesive, or bonds to paint, and we can't stand behind it. We print on 3M, Avery Dennison, and Oracal, and our price always includes the material.

Design

How does design work?

Our in-house design team builds a full visual mockup on your actual vehicle. You review it, request changes, and approve it before anything is printed.

Can you redraw my logo?

Yes. If your logo is low resolution, we recreate it as clean vector art so it prints sharp at any size, and you keep the file. If you already have a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf), send it. Note that a JPG or PNG saved as an .svg is not true vector art and still needs to be redrawn.

Can you print an image I made with AI?

We can use it as a concept, not as the final artwork. AI-generated images aren't high enough resolution for large-format printing, so we design the real thing to match your idea.

Can you send color samples first?

Yes. For multi-vehicle and fleet jobs we highly recommend it. Colors look different in print than on screen, and physical samples remove the guesswork before production.

Color Change

What finishes and colors are available?

Matte, satin, and gloss in hundreds of colors, plus metallic and color-shift films. Screens don't show color accurately, so we recommend booking an appointment to see the sample books in person.

Do you do chrome deletes?

Yes. We black out window trim, handles, mirrors, and badges. Send photos of the chrome areas and we'll quote it. Chrome deletes are covered by our 1-year warranty.

Can you do a full chrome wrap?

We don't recommend it. Chrome vinyl scratches easily, won't conform to tight curves, and costs much more. A metallic finish gives a similar look and holds up far better.

Will ceramic coating change the look of a matte wrap?

No, not with the coating we use. It's made for matte and satin wrap film and is designed to keep a flat finish flat, so your wrap looks the same, just easier to keep clean.

Every film is a little different, so on matte and satin jobs we test a small hidden spot first. A coated wrap cures indoors for about 24 hours before pickup.

Warranty & Care

What's the warranty?

A one-year workmanship warranty on every job. It covers bubbling or peeling that isn't caused by pressure washing or mistreatment. The vinyl also carries the manufacturer's materials warranty, up to 7 years depending on the film.

How do I care for my wrap?

Hand wash with a soft sponge, mild soap, and water. Do not use a pressure washer or an automatic brush car wash. Both can lift the vinyl edges and cause peeling. Avoid ice scrapers on perforated window vinyl. We include a full care guide at delivery.

Should I add ceramic coating to my wrap?

We recommend it on most wraps. It's a clear protective layer we apply over the vinyl after install. It bonds to the film and makes it slick, so water, dirt, and road grime slide off instead of sticking.

For business vehicles: your wrap is your advertising, and it only works when people can read it. A coated wrap stays cleaner between washes, rinses clean faster, and helps protect against fading in the Oklahoma sun, so your logo and phone number stay sharp on the road.

For color change wraps: it keeps the color rich and the finish even. Bird droppings, bugs, and tree sap are less likely to stain, and gloss films get extra depth. Matte and satin films keep their flat look.

Ask us to add it to your quote.

How long does ceramic coating last, and do I still need to hand wash?

The coating lasts 1 to 2 years, depending on sun exposure and how often the vehicle is washed, and we can recoat it when it starts to wear.

Keep hand washing with mild soap and water. The coating makes washing faster, but it doesn't make the wrap safe for pressure washers or brush car washes, and it doesn't stop rock chips or scratches. For chip protection, ask about paint protection film.

A coated wrap needs about 24 hours indoors to cure, so plan on picking up one day later.

Can the wrap be removed later?

Yes, and the paint underneath stays protected, as long as it was in good condition at install. We handle removal ourselves. We don't recommend DIY removal because the tools and heat technique matter.

What happens when part of my wrap gets damaged?

Give us a call. We keep your design and material on file, so we can usually replace just the damaged panel instead of redoing the whole vehicle.
